What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist providers and healthcare team members with back-office and patient-related tasks
- Perform various patient care procedures within the Medical Assistant (MA) scope of practice, including injections, EKGs, and blood draws
- Measure patient vital signs and manage rooming and patient flow
- Report test results as directed by the provider and assist with scheduling tasks
- Contribute to the Team Medicine approach and support continuous improvement in patient safety and quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program
- Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant - Certified (CM) certification
- Knowledge of third-party payer requirements
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using a PC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant
