What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist providers and healthcare team members with various back office and patient-related tasks
- Perform patient care procedures within the Medical Assistant scope of practice, including injections, EKGs, and blood draws
- Manage patient flow and ensure smooth operations within the department
- Report test results and inform providers of schedule changes impacting patient flow
- Assist with front office activities and varied scheduling tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from the Washington State Department of Health
- Knowledge of third-party payer requirements
- Strong aptitude for detail and ability to work independently
- One year of Medical Assistant experience preferred

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using a PC
