      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage outpatient scheduling and clinic processes
      - Perform front desk duties tailored to clinic needs
      - Coordinate and authorize veteran care with community providers
      - Ensure timely patient communications in collaboration with the Lead Scheduler
      - Provide quality customer service to patients, families, and VA staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School education or GED equivalent
      - Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
      - Knowledge of basic medical terminology
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with scheduling software or electronic health records
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Previous experience with veteran or military healthcare services
