What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome and assist patients during in-person and virtual visits to ensure a comfortable experience
- Prepare patients for examination, take vital signs, and document information in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Collect patient histories and conduct medication reconciliation prior to visits
- Manage chronic disease patients, ensuring adherence to care plans and timely follow-ups
- Provide technical support during virtual visits and educate patients on procedures and medications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant within a physician practice
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with telehealth services
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
