What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Measure and record vital signs and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR
- Assist medical staff with patient examinations and provide instructions to patients
- Maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring a sterile environment
- Perform routine screening tests and draw blood samples as directed
- Handle front office duties including patient check-in/check-out and electronic scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience working in a Primary Care setting and front office
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited school of medical assisting or equivalent education and experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT
- Phlebotomy and lab experience
- Skill certification through NIOSH or CAOHC
