- Follow up with patients and provide updates through data entry.
- Answer inbound phone calls and handle patient inquiries.
- Order labs and relay lab results to patients.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for patients.
- Triage patient concerns and provide appropriate clinical support.
- Medical experience as a Medical Assistant (MA).
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically Athena.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care.
- Experience in appointment scheduling and ordering labs.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle patient calls.
- 1+ year of experience in Medical Assisting.
- Medical Assisting diploma or certification, or 1+ years of MA experience preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
