      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the examination and treatment of patients, documenting medical records and tracking patient information
      - Perform initial response screening and obtain vital signs, documenting findings in patient EMRs
      - Administer prescribed medications and facilitate prescription renewals as directed by healthcare providers
      - Communicate with patients regarding test results and provider instructions
      - Participate in disease management programs under the supervision of clinical staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent clinical experience
      - Valid CPR certification
      - 0-1 year of previous clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic medical records systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Medical Assistant through recognized certifying agencies
      - Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting
      - Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and various levels of organizational members
      - Experience with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
