      Medical Assistant

      Job Description

      The Medical Assistant will be responsible for rooming patients, preparing rooms for patient visits, and potentially collecting patient information to enter into the EMR system. This role supports various types of care, including chiropractic, alternative medicine, spine care, and pain management. The Medical Assistant may also receive training to set up rooms for procedures in specialty areas.

      Responsibilities

      • Room patients and prepare rooms for patient visits.
      • Collect information from patients and enter data into the EMR system.
      • Support various types of care including chiropractic, alternative medicine, spine care, and pain management.
      • Set up rooms for procedures in specialty areas as trained.

      Essential Skills

      • Certified Medical Assistant or Medical Assistant Diploma
      • 1+ years of experience
      • Epic experience
      • Scheduling experience
      • Procedure experience preferred

      Work Environment

      The position is Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., located in Menomonee Falls. However, Medical Assistants must be open to covering shifts in Mequon and Wauwatosa if needed.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
