What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate telemedicine appointments and health screenings for patients
- Perform bedside clinical procedures and maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate patient care and assist with administrative tasks
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct data entry and ensure data quality and accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and chronic care management
- Medical Assistant and/or Medical Scribe Certification
- Proficiency in computer software navigation and data entry
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in English and Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese/Russian
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or similar software
- National or State Medical Assistant Certification
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
