What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Perform front desk duties, adjusting to the needs of the clinic
- Coordinate and authorize Veteran care with community providers
- Assist the Lead Scheduler in completing patient communications on time
- Provide quality customer service to patients, families, and VA staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
