      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for physician assessment
      - Record and maintain patient medical data in charts
      - Assist physicians with phone requests from patients and medical professionals
      - Perform various ancillary and surgical patient procedures as requested
      - Maintain equipment and supply inventory levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Current Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited body or relevant licensure
      - AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification
      - Basic knowledge of ICD-10, CM/CPT/HCPCS coding conventions and procedures
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet HIPAA requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
      - Two (2) years of Medical Assisting experience
      - Current American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certification
