What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support during night clinic hours, assisting providers with patient care and administrative tasks
- Assist the call center nurse in ensuring patients have the necessary information for scheduled visits
- Help with post-discharge appointments, referrals, and durable medical equipment (DME) orders
- Collect discharge records, medical histories, and treatment plans
- Perform other job-related duties as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Medical Assistant Certificate or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 1-2 years of related experience required (may include internship/externship experience)
- Proficiency with computers and software
