What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide patient care and administrative support in a virtual team-based environment
- Promote a smooth flow of patients through the virtual care process
- Function under the supervision of a physician or advanced practice practitioner when performing clinical responsibilities
- Assist with clinical tasks as assigned, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program or equivalent clinical experience
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
- One year of experience as a Medical Assistant or 6 months of experience with certification
- A NH Med Tech License or NH EMT and National Registry EMT license for positions located in New Hampshire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT certification preferred or achievable within one year of eligibility
