What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and determine eligibility of medical bills according to Medi-Share program guidelines
- Complete all necessary steps to properly adjudicate a medical bill accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an average production rate of 25 bills per hour with a minimum of 90% accuracy
- Communicate with other departments to gather necessary information for bill determinations
- Contribute to the expression of Christian Care Ministry's beliefs through work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex problems and issues
- Ability to work effectively and independently without supervision in a remote setting
- Proficiency in using the internet, word processing, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong reading comprehension and mathematical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Previous medical coding or bill processing experience
