What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive medical claims from healthcare providers or patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided
- Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and vet claims against program-specific business rules
- Assist with customer requests via various communication methods, including telephone and email
- Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations to management
- Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision, with two available shifts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in claim processing
- Medical Billing and Coding Certification
- Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- HIPAA certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service experience
- Pharmacy Technician experience
