What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and process medical claims from healthcare providers or patients, ensuring proper documentation
- Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and determine claim eligibility based on program-specific rules
- Provide customer support through various communication channels as needed
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management
- Work 40 hours per week with moderate supervision during assigned shifts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in claims processing
- Medical Billing and Coding Certification
- Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- HIPAA certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer Service experience
- Pharmacy Technician experience
