- Conduct thorough reviews of medical bills and supporting documentation
- Assign appropriate codes based on review outcomes
- Utilize various resources, such as eBooks and 3M software, to support reviews
- Interpret fee schedule guidelines and apply them in daily reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of medical billing experience, specifically with NJ / NY PIP fee schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of coding and documentation requirements
- Thorough understanding of CPT, HCPCs, and ICD-10 coding systems
- CPC/AAPC certification required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience testifying on behalf of customers regarding coding outcomes
- Willingness to travel for testimony as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively when working remotely
- Excellent team communication skills
