      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain Revenue Cycle Services and resolve billing issues or denials requiring clinical expertise
      - Research, work on, and resolve claim denials and rejections for assigned clients
      - Assume ownership of assigned clients for all aspects of the billing cycle, including charges, payments, and AR metrics
      - Develop processes and procedures for each assigned account
      - Communicate regularly with assigned clients regarding trends and recommended resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of medical accounts receivable experience
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Knowledge of ICD10 and CPT coding
      - Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and medical billing software systems
      - Ability to interpret medical records and documentation related to medical claims

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic software
      - Strong teamwork and communication skills
      - Ability to identify and resolve workflow trends
      - Thorough knowledge of full cycle revenue model and healthcare industry practices
