What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage electronic clearinghouse to ensure claims are corrected and submitted daily for assigned clinics
- Supervise the electronic data exchange efficiency and resolve rejected claim issues
- Communicate with internal and external customers through phone and written communications
- Maintain patient confidentiality and protect medical office operations
- Provide support for Claims Management Supervisor and contribute to team results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related experience in a business, medical, or technical environment
- Previous experience in a medical office setting and/or with Electronic Medical Record software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research resolutions
- Flexibility in learning new tools and processes as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with claims management and electronic data exchanges
- Familiarity with insurance processes and electronic funds transfers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
