What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to customers of the Support Center, including patients, referral sources, and employees
- Manage all aspects of new order intake, including accuracy with clinical, billing, and care-related information
- Conduct insurance verification and eligibility for services/products
- Perform patient satisfaction calls and act as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
- Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout patient contact and data entry

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical billing practices and reimbursement processes
- Experience with eIntake or similar proprietary systems
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations
- Ability to interpret various forms of communication, including verbal and non-verbal
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
