What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process medical billing claims, including refusals and rejections
- Resolve billing issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide assistance with billing inquiries to physicians
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Coach physicians on OHIP Billing processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of proven OHIP Billing work experience
- At least 4 years of administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of certified courses in Medical Billing or equivalent
- Experience working in a remote environment
