What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with pharmacy-related services
- Conduct benefit investigations and verify coverage eligibility with insurance companies
- Complete prior authorizations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist patients with enrollment in copay assistance programs
- Maintain quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or similar patient services experience
- Demonstrated time management, planning, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using a CRM and integrated telephony platform
- Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30wpm+
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with customers
