- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in all interactions

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize proper protocol and investigative skills to locate information
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
