      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical claims payment data and appeals to identify and verify overpayments
      - Investigate causes of overpayments, including duplicate payments and eligibility issues
      - Document overpayment claims and maintain organized records for audit purposes
      - Initiate recovery processes for overpayments by contacting healthcare providers
      - Prepare and submit regular reports detailing the status of overpayment recoveries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare billing, coding, or claims
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
      - Knowledge of auditing procedures and claim resolution practices in healthcare
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
      - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, accounting, or related field
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, insurance contracts, and reimbursement processes
      - Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or similar certifications
      - Prior claims processing experience within Eldorado HealthPac Claims Adjudication System
      - Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding
