      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry processing and apply diagnostic and procedural codes to patient health information
      - Research and resolve general coding issues, collaborating with cross-divisional teams and vendors
      - Administer physician quality reporting initiative (PQRI) data to enhance billing quality measures
      - Generate and distribute routine reports for management review
      - Assist with various projects as assigned by the direct supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - AAPC or AHIMA Certification is required
      - Minimum of 1 year of related experience
      - Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related coding or billing role
      - Familiarity with governmental rules and regulations affecting billing and coding processes
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cohesively within a team environment
      - Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
