      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry processing and apply appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes to patient health information
      - Resolve general coding issues and communicate with cross-divisional teams and vendors as necessary
      - Administer physician quality reporting initiative (PQRI) data to maximize incentive payments during billing
      - Generate and distribute routine reports for management review
      - Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to achieve shared goals within established timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - AAPC or AHIMA Certification required
      - Minimum of 1 year of related experience
      - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with governmental rules and regulations related to billing and coding processes
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cohesively within a team environment
      - Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude
