      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, create, revise, and update educational materials in various formats including Articulate and PowerPoint
      - Provide education on new and revised coding and billing regulations for Federal and State entities
      - Conduct new hire compliance training for Coding Services
      - Communicate and problem-solve with Administrators, Physicians, and Managers regarding documentation issues
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current changes and trends in the healthcare industry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
      - CPC or CCS certification required
      - 3-5+ years of medical coding experience required
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to effectively speak in front of large audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPMA certification (must be obtained within 1 year of hire)
      - Surgical or pathology experience
      - High level understanding of adult education and eLearning
