      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage cross-functional Medical Coding tasks and oversee multiple studies of varying complexity
      - Define and manage project timelines and deliverables for coding studies
      - Ensure compliance with processes and industry regulations while supporting resource planning
      - Lead vendor management activities and review proposals, contracts, and RFIs
      - Participate in cross-functional process initiatives and mentor other Medical Coding staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. in a scientific or allied health field (or equivalent degree)
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Medical Coding or related field
      - Proven ability to independently determine appropriate methods and procedures for Medical Coding
      - Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills
      - In-depth knowledge of Medical Coding and relevant disciplines related to drug development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with complex integrations and coding system configurations
      - Previous mentoring or supervisory experience in a Medical Coding environment
