What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assign CPT and ICD codes for various medical tests and procedures
- Maintain and update multiple coding systems to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with billing teams to resolve coding denials and issues
- Conduct CPT coding audits and provide resources for coding inquiries
- Communicate changes in coding practices to relevant departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or healthcare-related field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare coverage, billing, and administrative policies
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
