What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities in a helpful manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding patient balances
- Meet or exceed established productivity and metric goals
- Document all conversations electronically on company and/or client systems
- Help patients determine eligibility for financial assistance programs when applicable

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Characterize high integrity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance processes
- Experience with medical billing or claims processing
- Proficient in PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in various situations
