What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage medical malpractice claims for assigned members
- Conduct initial coverage analysis and develop action plans in collaboration with defense counsel
- Consult with external stakeholders to optimize investigation and discovery processes
- Provide ongoing support and keep insured members informed of investigation results
- Attend mediations, settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Juris Doctorate preferred
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of medical malpractice or equivalent claims-related experience
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively

- Familiarity with legal processes related to insurance claims
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
