      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist members by scheduling transportation to and from healthcare appointments
      - Coordinate transportation for visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, dialysis centers, and other healthcare facilities
      - Document transportation schedules and maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMR) and other systems
      - Provide clear and empathetic communication to ensure member satisfaction
      - Collaborate with team members to address member transportation concerns promptly and efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
      - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to type and efficiently use a computer, phone, fax, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
      - Strong time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of previous health plan experience in an administrative or customer service role
      - 1 year of familiarity with scheduling and coordination is a plus
