      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage non-complex medical only claims and minor lost-time workers' compensation claims under close supervision
      - Confirm policy coverage and acknowledge claims received
      - Determine the validity and compensability of claims
      - Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients
      - Assist other claims professionals with complex or problematic claims as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of industry experience and claim handling
      - Workers' Compensation experience required
      - Licensure as required jurisdictionally
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with claims practice, relevant statutes, and medical terminology
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and computer proficiency, especially with MS Office
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
