      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accuracy of patient information, including demographics and insurance
      - Perform reception duties, effectively communicating with patients and staff
      - Answer phones, route calls, and take messages to ensure accurate communication
      - Register, verify, and schedule patient appointments, testing, and referrals
      - Collect co-pays and reconcile payments for deposit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer-related experience
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Must fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of healthcare experience
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care processes
      - Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
      - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
