What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and review safety data, identifying trends and potential issues for resolution
- Summarize safety data for safety review meetings and assist in creating safety management plans
- Manage routine project implementation and monitor the status of data reviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical/data management project teams
- Assist management in training and mentoring team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, related Health Sciences, or as a licensed RN
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical safety experience, including clinical research monitoring or pharmacovigilance
- Knowledge of GCPs for medical oversight of clinical trials and SAE processing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills

- Familiarity with biostatistics and data management procedures
