- Greet patients warmly and assist them with queries etc.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process insurance information and verify patient eligibility for services.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers, relaying messages as necessary.

We are a busy GP practice with 3 GP partners, 2 practice nurses 1 HCA, practice manager, deputy manager and 9 reception staff.
We use TPP system1 for our clinical system .
We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our team, working 20-25 hours per week, hours to be agreed at interview.
