      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Acquire medical records and treatment information from area hospitals and providers
      - Manage communication for the HIM department, including phones, faxes, and emails
      - Ensure continuity of care documentation is available in the client's Electronic Health Record (EHR)
      - Collaborate with internal departments and healthcare providers to maintain accurate medical records
      - Comply with HIPAA and other federal and state standards regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical records management or a related area
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Advanced computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft programs
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to collaborate with diverse customers

      - Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple assignments effectively
