What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT coding
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in a medical-related customer service role
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
