What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outreach to providers to collect medical records for HEDIS projects via various communication methods
- Organize and support the annual HEDIS audit and similar audits by coordinating provider outreach and data collection
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of the medical record collection process
- Participate in meetings with vendors regarding the medical record collection process
- Load collected medical records and reports into the HEDIS application

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of medical record collection experience
- 1 year of managed care experience
- Basic knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA standards
- Experience in project planning
- Certified Medical Record Technician certification
