      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process requests for patient health information in accordance with company policies and procedures
      - Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information
      - Manage patient health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
      - Prepare new patient charts and ensure medical records are accurate and complete
      - Respond to requests for patient records and assist with inbound/outbound calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Basic computer proficiency and ability to utilize office equipment
      - Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare environment
      - Previous production/metric-based work experience
      - In-person customer service experience
      - Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
      - Comfortable bringing new ideas and process improvement suggestions to internal stakeholders
