      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to requests for medical record information from various requestors, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
      - Analyze medical record documents to determine necessary actions and ensure confidentiality
      - Scan medical records into the appropriate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
      - Notify providers for approval on the release of documents as per policies
      - Escalate unresolved medical records issues to management and perform additional assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with medical records
      - High school diploma is required
      - At least 1 year of customer service experience
      - Familiarity with medical records laws and regulations, including HIPAA Standards
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
