      Medical Representative

      •Conducts effective pre-call planning by setting objectives tailored to customer segment, needs, attitudes, motivation, environment and business priorities

      •Builds rapport by engaging the customer in a meaningful dialogue about the target patient by using knowledge of the patient journey, active listening and effective questioning skills to uncover needs, attitudes, and motivation

      •Identifies/confirms customer treatment goals and opportunities to enable the customer to improve the patient experience for appropriate brand patients

      •Identifies opportunities considering the promotion potential, benefit, effort and access to healthcare professionals

      •Identifies and offers multi-channel solutions that are the most meaningful to the customer and align with what the Company portfolio can deliver

      •Adapts personal style and knowledge to create value and customer commitment

      •Conducts post-call analysis and consistently records next call objective (in approved CRM tool)

      •Identifies the factors that influence the customer within their practice and healthcare network

      •Plans, develops, and implements effective communication (e.g. presentations) in a variety of settings

      •Uses designated business planning process and tools to analyze and interpret territory data, trends, and gaps in performance

      •Prioritizes business opportunities and identifies target customers across the portfolio based on territory analysis

      •Develops a detailed territory business plan for the portfolio by making strategic decisions about goals, resource investments, and how to best monitor and measure the plan

      Knowledge, Skills to perform the job:

      • University Degree (MD, Pharmacist, Dentist or other life sciences)

      • Experience in therapeutic area Endocrinology, Cardiology will be considered as a strong advantage

      • Competency to understand the complexity of markets, products, relationships and the medical and pharmaceutical industry

      • Intermediate written and conversational scientific English skills

      • Very good public speaking skills and presentation skills

      • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in varying environments and with multiple customer groups and communication channels

      • Strategical thinking

      • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

      • Intermediate end-user computer skills

      • Organizational Skills: Project-, time-, and self-management skills
