Pay rate: $25.00/hr - paid weekly
Duration of Assignment: 3 months- covering an LOA
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Dress code: business casual
MUST HAVES:
Knowledge of Healthcare Environment: Understanding of healthcare terminology, procedures, and regulations.
Customer Service Orientation: Ability to provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software such as word processing, spreadsheet, and email programs.
NICE TO HAVE:
regulations related to transplant services would be advantageous.
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
Job Description: Transplant Department Secretary is responsible for all clerical duties related to administrative functions of Transplant Services. The Transplant Department Secretary also functions as the receptionist and acts as a liaison between the department and other hospital and physician's staff.
