What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage Dermatologists and key customers to present clinically focused selling messages and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategies within key accounts to generate product utilization in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dermatology experts, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and other teams to address customer needs and market trends
- Participate in industry-related congresses, medical conferences, and local/regional meetings to support sales success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in science or business (master’s degree a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- Previous dermatology experience required
- Experience with reimbursement programs, government programs, and managed care
- Ability to travel 30-50% and be based in or near the assigned territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in biologics and buy and bill products
- Demonstrated history of high sales performance
- Familiarity with formulary and contract negotiation
