What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area to increase product utilization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dermatology experts, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and other teams to address customer needs and market dynamics
- Participate in industry-related congresses, local meetings, and medical conferences to support sales success
- Deliver clinically focused sales messages to meet and exceed revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in science or business; master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- Previous experience in dermatology is required
- Experience with biologics and buy and bill products
- Ability to travel 30-50% within the assigned territory

- Demonstrated history of high sales performance
- Experience with reimbursement programs, government programs, managed care, formulary, and contract negotiation
