What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for medical staff organization activities
- Maintain the privileging process for members of the Medical Staff
- Conduct auditing functions in accordance with facility Bylaws and other standards
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Facilitate continuous process improvement efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three years of experience in healthcare credentialing
- Working knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards
- Experience with MDStaff and Primary Source Verification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Provider Credentialing Specialist or Professional Medical Services Manager
- Previous experience auditing files for healthcare providers
