What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and optimize the Medical Staff Services credentialing and peer review platform
- Act as a liaison between the vendor and Medical Staff Services Operations
- Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data within the platform
- Provide education, ongoing assistance, and troubleshooting support for users
- Assist in the development and implementation of credentialing and peer review workflows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in information systems
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers
- Experience with data validation and maintaining data dictionaries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree with 10 years of experience in information systems
- Knowledge of medical staff operations and organizational cultures
- Experience leading special project teams
