      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and develop solutions for administrative and clinical staff issues related to access and patient flow
      - Act as a receptionist, handling both in-person and telephonic inquiries
      - Coordinate administrative services for veterans and their families to ensure continuity of care
      - Document complaints and provide follow-up to ensure resolution
      - Process veterans' travel payment vouchers and assist with scheduling responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - U.S. Citizenship is required
      - Six months of experience in clerical, office, customer service, or administrative work
      - Proficiency in written and spoken English
      - Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
      - Experience in entering and modifying information in electronic health records or scheduling systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in a healthcare setting
      - Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
      - Familiarity with VA Healthcare Benefits administration and policies
