What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with Medicare consumers to sell and enroll them in appropriate health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans
- Handle inbound calls efficiently, with an expected volume of 20-25 qualified calls per day
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA when managing Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Utilize multiple web browsers across a dual-screen setup to navigate and assist customers
- Commit to availability during the Annual Enrollment Period, from October 15 to December 7
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
- Prior inside sales experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask while engaging with customers
- Secure, hardwired high-speed internet for uninterrupted connectivity
- A private and distraction-free home office or workspace

- Experience in Medicare sales or telesales
- Familiarity with navigating dual-screen setups and multiple web browsers
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
