What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Focus on selling and enrolling eligible Medicare customers into appropriate health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans.
- Handle inbound calls from potential Medicare consumers, aiming to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA when managing Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Navigate and operate multiple web browsers across a dual-screen setup to assist customers effectively.
- Commit to availability during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7) to drive sales.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah.
- Prior inside sales experience preferred, demonstrating the ability to multi-task while engaging with customers.
- Strong ability to navigate multiple web browsers across a dual-screen setup.
- Secure, hardwired high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- A private and distraction-free home office or workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Medicare sales or a similar insurance-related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a previous role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
